Well here she is...Sara - - "The Zebra"; and what a great Zebra she made. It was a long weekend of constant skating, dressing, make-up and corralling a small herd of animals and of course helping out where needed; but boy did we all have a great time. Sara was in 5 shows total over a 3 day period. She held up great, despite a few melt-downs especially during the evening shows; but we all somehow managed.
The show entitled, "Passport to the World" featured not only ice performances, but also Russian, Polynesian & Irish Dancers. They were all just amazing. I am also proud to say, that Sara's costume was a big hit and one of the favorites amongst the crowd. It was definitely worth the long hours. Thanks again to my sister-n-law for your design guidance.
We wanted to thank everyone that supported Sara in this endeavor. She had several people come see her including 1st grade teacher, Ms. Ogden, classmate - Sophia, her cousins - Denali, Sandia & Elsie, Uncle Sean & Aunt Sara, and the Naggy family. Thank you so much for coming to the show, it meant so much to us and more to Sara to see you all there. We already look forward to next year. Enjoy the pics.
