I hope every ones' holiday is off to a good start. A few exciting things happen with us today.
At Sara's school it was multi-cultural day, in which the students could dress up portraying whatever culture they choose. Sara decided to dress up as an "Indian Princess". We found the most adorable dress that fit her perfectly and of course had to get it. It was sure hard getting her out of it when we came home for the day.
We also shared a fabulous Thanksgiving feast with her entire class, with all sorts of goodies brought in by the parents. All of us enjoyed some delicious food and of course some great company with all of Sara's friends. After everyone was finished eating, the students recited a poem by Ivy Eastwick, entitled "Thanksgiving" that they have been working on all week. Check out the video below. Too cute:)
Once we got home and settled down for a bit...we finally coaxed Sara into letting me get out that other top tooth of hers that was hanging on by a mere thread. I will share those photos tomorrow. No more Nanny Macphee.
