Way to Go Sara!!! Tuesday night she graduated from Level 5 and is now is Level 6. She honestly thought this day would never come. In the swimming program she is in through Swim America, there are 10 levels. Level 5 is considered to be the hardest of all levels, since it is where the kids need to put together the concept of breathing, stroking and timing. She has been in Level 5 since the end of last summer...and now her special moment of graduating finally came. She worked so hard for it. Both Bill and I are so proud of our little fish.
Below is a video of her tonight in her first official Level 6 class. In Level 6 they are concentrating on perfecting there free-style stroke and back-stroke; in addition building up an endurance for distance. She is now going 3/4 of a regular lane, back and forth...versus in the other levels she was only swimming a couple yards.
